Application Analysis Services – All too often applications are deployed without first determining the impact those applications will have on the network, or in many cases, the impact that the network will have on the application. Network Protocol Specialists is skilled in reviewing applications from the network point of view to determine whether the application will perform well in a Wide Area Network environment. If problems are discovered, Network Protocol Specialists will work with the vendor or development team to isolate the problems and help resolve them.

Health Check – The best way to prevent network outages and application
slowdowns is to make sure the network infrastructure is operating at peak
performance.
Outages and slowdowns are often caused by several small problems that
when combined result in a major problem.
Network Protocol Specialists will review the network on a per subnet
basis looking for these small problems that can lead to big problems.
The result is a report showing the health of the subnet, switch and
router ports that are showing errors and a detailed inventory of the devices
present on that subnet.
If problems are discovered, recommendations will be given on how to

Troubleshooting – Upgrades to operating systems, new applications, and
changes to the network infrastructure can lead to network problems.

the customer to resolve these problems in a timely manner.
Our network analysts are skilled a coming into a network down situation
and quickly identifying the source of the network problem. On-site
Training – Nothing provides more benefit to a networking staff than to
receive training on their own network.
Public training courses provide valuable information, but many times a
student must sit through days of material they already know just to get that one
piece of information they really needed.
By providing customized onsite training on your network, Network Protocol
Specialists can make the best use of your network administrators time, as well
as providing good retention of the material covered. On-site
Coaching – This program is designed to provide both training and
consulting services to your company over a one year period.
Once a month an analyst from Network Protocol Specialists will come on
site to work with your staff to review new technologies, evaluate network
analysis tools, troubleshoot problems, or provide protocol analysis training.
By coming out once a month, the network staff has an opportunity to
practice what was taught at previous sessions before the next session. Currently
